Shipping policy

Once you’ve submitted your order, we’ll get started on creating your items. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. In countries where tracking numbers are not available, a message will be sent to customers once the item is out for delivery.

We only offer expedited shipping for orders within the US (excluding Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii). You can select the option at checkout.

Lazuline Designs offers international shipping to most destinations, at an additional charge of US$35.

International shipments (outside Canada and continental US) are subject to our standard return policy and an extra US$35 non-refundable shipping charge. Lazuline Designs is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.

Lazuline Designs is unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
